Program Description

The Oscar's Phones LLC text messaging program (the "Program") sends account-related SMS messages to customers who have requested a quote, scheduled a pickup or dropoff, or otherwise engaged us to buy their device.

By submitting our quote form with the consent checkbox marked, or by texting us first at (832) 606-9722, you agree to these Terms and consent to receive SMS messages from us at the number you provided.

Message Content & Frequency

Messages you may receive include:

  • Quote responses and price updates
  • Appointment scheduling and reminders (pickup or dropoff)
  • Payment confirmations and receipts
  • Follow-ups on open transactions

Message frequency varies based on your transaction. Most customers receive between 1 and 10 messages per transaction cycle.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Oscar's Phones does not charge you directly for messages. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send any additional messages unless you opt back in.

If you want to start receiving messages again, text us at (832) 606-9722 or submit a new quote request with the consent checkbox marked.

Supported Carriers

The Program supports major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here. Material changes will be announced with a message to active participants where appropriate.
